Charging & Plug-In Assistance

Self-driving taxis require charging between operating cycles. You travel to the vehicle, connect the charge, monitor the session through the RobotaxiON app, and confirm completion. No technical expertise required — full training is provided.

Interior Cleaning & Quality Assurance

Fleet vehicles cycle through dozens of passengers daily. Between operating shifts, interiors require a thorough clean and a structured quality check before the vehicle is cleared for its next ride. Your work directly affects the passenger experience and the fleet operator's ratings.

Custodial & On-Demand Vehicle Assistance

The broadest service category — covering everything from roadside response to pre-shift readiness and lost item recovery. Tasks in this category vary in complexity and are matched to your certified service types. What they share is that they require reliability, care, and accurate reporting.

Events & Fleet Projects

When robotaxis or cybercabs serve as the primary transportation for a public or private event — a stadium, a campus, a corporate venue, a city program — specialist support is needed on the ground. This category also covers structured fleet expansion projects where specific knowledge, local presence, or operational skills are required beyond a standard service call.

What RobotaxiON Expects from Every Specialist

Acey service specialists are granted access to vehicles, in proximity of rider's lost items, and restricted operational data that belongs to others. That access is a privilege, not a given. Every action is recorded and logged. These are our non-negotiable expectations.

Integrity Standards — All Acey Service Specialists

Every person who joins the AVAcey platform as a service specialist is entrusted with something that does not belong to them — a vehicle, its contents, and the data generated during service. The expectations below are not aspirational guidelines. They are the minimum standard for operating on the platform. Providers who do not meet them are removed, permanently.

Vehicle Access Boundary
You are granted access to a vehicle for a specific, defined task only. Entry beyond what is required to complete that task — including opening compartments, inspecting personal items, or remaining in the vehicle after completion — is a breach of the platform agreement and grounds for immediate removal. Fleet operators are notified of all access events in real time.
Lost Item Handling
Any item found in a vehicle must be logged immediately in the RobotaxiON app with a timestamped photo before it is moved. Items are never to be removed from the vehicle without following the secure handoff protocol. Failure to log a found item — or any discrepancy between what is logged and what is returned — results in permanent account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
Honest Reporting
Every service session is closed with a structured report and photo documentation submitted through the RobotaxiON app. Reports must accurately reflect the work completed. Falsified completion reports — including submitting photos from a previous session or reporting a task as done without completing it — are detected through our verification system and result in immediate suspension and chargeback of any earned fee for the session.
Data & Privacy Conduct
Autonomous vehicles generate continuous data. Specialists may observe screen content, navigation history, ride data, or passenger information in the course of their work. None of this information may be recorded, shared, screenshotted, or discussed outside the AVAcey platform. Breach of this expectation is treated as a serious data privacy violation.
⏱️ Reliability Commitment
Accepting a service request is a commitment. Fleet operators depend on specialists showing up when confirmed. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or abandoned sessions affect fleet uptime and your platform rating. Providers who fall below RobotaxiON's reliability threshold are suspended from receiving further requests until the issue is reviewed.
Background Verification
All Acey Custodian & service specialists undergo identity verification and a background check before being activated on the platform. Onboarding is not complete until verification is confirmed. This requirement exists to protect vehicle owners, fleet operators, and passengers — and to ensure every specialist on the platform has been held to the same standard.
