Coming: Cybercab & Robotaxi
Fleet Scaling Services
24hrs. Any Location.
Every on-demand service your fleet requires, where and when it matters most. AV Fleets don't tire, RobotaxiON keeps them moving.
Five Vendors or One Platform - The Choice is Obvious
Scaling an autonomous vehicle fleet is a technology and logistics challenge. Every additional service vendor — charging contractors, cleaning providers, quality inspection firms — adds coordination complexity, and points of failure. AVAcey exists to eliminate that partially, or even entirely. Limiting oneself when hourly revenue matters, customers requiring an immediate solution, or a vehicle's need for an on-demand action is what AVAcey resolves for AV fleets.
A Single Interface for All On-Demand Fleet Services
RobotaxiON aggregates charging assistance, interior cleaning and quality assurance, and vehicle readiness checks into one platform — dispatched on demand, coordinated centrally, and reported back to fleet operators in real time. A fleet operator or AV manufacturer engages AVAcey once. From that point, service requests are coordinated centrally — with API and dashboard access rolling out with our first fleet partners. RobotaxiON handles provider matching, dispatch, quality verification, and reporting.
This is not a marketplace that pushes complexity onto the fleet. It is a managed service layer that absorbs it — allowing AV operators to focus on software, safety, and scale while the physical service infrastructure runs underneath.
Built Around Where Vehicles Already Are
Traditional depot models require vehicles to travel to service. Dead miles add up quickly across a fleet of hundreds. AVAcey's distributed provider network RobotaxiON brings services to the vehicle — at staging locations, partner business sites, residential areas, or wherever the fleet ends its last ride. The result is dramatically reduced idle and transit time, faster vehicle turnaround, and higher revenue hours per vehicle per day.
Fragmented Vendors vs. RobotaxiON Fleet Services
How robotaxi fleet servicing works today versus through RobotaxiON as a single operational layer.
Built for the Cybercab Generation
Tesla's Cybercab marks the beginning of commercially scalable autonomous fleet ownership. Whether you are acquiring your first vehicle or scaling to hundreds, RobotaxiON by AVAcey. is the operational backbone that keeps your Cybercab fleet productive — without requiring you to build a single service depot.

Acey Specialists handle plug-in and charging coordination for your Cybercab fleet across all live markets — keeping vehicles charged and in service without depot return trips.
- On-location charging at distributed hubs
- Real-time charge status reporting
- No depot infrastructure required
- Available in all 39 RobotaxiON markets
Cybercab Cleaning & QA

- Incident documentation and photo reporting
Who RobotaxiON Works With
RobotaxiON is designed for the organisations that build, operate, finance, and enable autonomous vehicle fleets — not for the general public.
AV Manufacturers
Tesla Cybercab, Waymo, Zoox, and autonomous vehicle manufacturers face the same challenge: their vehicles need physical servicing at scale across dozens of cities. RobotaxiON provides a white-label-ready service layer that removes fleet servicing from the manufacturer's operational scope entirely — with Cybercab fleet operators already the fastest-growing segment of our partner network.
- No internal service vendor management required
- API integration with fleet management systems (in development)
- Consistent service standards across all markets
- Real-time readiness reporting per vehicle
Fleet Operators
Companies and individuals operating AV fleets — from multi-vehicle Cybercab operators to enterprise robotaxi franchisees — need reliable, distributed servicing without building their own logistics infrastructure. RobotaxiON delivers service on demand, where the vehicle is, at the time it needs it.
- Reduced dead miles between service and operation
- Pay-per-service, no infrastructure investment
- Scale across cities without new vendor setup
- Single dashboard for all fleet service history
Charging Infrastructure Operators
EV charging network operators and site owners gain access to a consistent, growing stream of fleet utilisation through AVAcey's partner location model. RobotaxiON routes charging requests to network-connected sites, increases throughput at underutilised locations, and provides guaranteed volume commitments for qualified sites.
- Guaranteed utilisation for partner charging sites
- Integration with AVAcey dispatch routing
- Fleet-grade billing and usage reporting
- Priority listing for high-throughput locations
Logistics & Depot Operators
Warehouse operators, secure parking facilities, and logistics hubs with available overnight or off-peak capacity can become AVAcey & RobotaxiON's anchor service locations — hosting charging, staging, and cleaning operations for contracted fleets without involvement in day-to-day coordination.
- Long-term utilisation contracts for available space
- RobotaxiON manages all provider scheduling on-site
- Minimal operational involvement required
- Preferential terms for multi-city operators
Investors & Venture Capital
Acey occupies a structurally important and defensible position in the AV value chain — the service infrastructure layer that every fleet operator requires but no manufacturer wants to own. As AV fleet counts grow from hundreds to millions, Acey's transaction volume scales directly. We are actively engaging qualified investors.
- Revenue scales linearly with AV fleet growth
- Asset-light model — no vehicle or depot ownership
- First-mover position in 39 US cities and expanding
- Strategic conversation available upon request
Municipal & Transport Authorities
Cities and transport agencies overseeing AV rollouts benefit from Acey's distributed service model, which reduces fleet repositioning trips, lowers congestion from depot traffic, and creates local employment through the gig specialist network. Acey is open to formal public-sector partnerships.
- Reduces fleet dead-mile congestion in city centres
- Creates local service employment across neighbourhoods
- Transparent reporting available for regulatory purposes
- Public-sector partnership framework available
How Fleet Operators Engage RobotaxiON
Onboarding is designed to be minimal. Acey is designed to integrate with existing fleet management systems or operate through a standalone operator dashboard — platform tooling in active development with early fleet partners.
Single Partnership Agreement
One contract covers all service categories — charging assistance, interior cleaning and QA, and any future services added to the Acey platform. No per-service vendor negotiations. Fleet operators define service parameters, SLAs, and coverage areas once.
API & Dashboard Integration
Fleet management systems will connect to RobotaxiON via API to issue service requests automatically when vehicles reach defined trigger conditions — state of charge thresholds, post-ride cleanliness flags, or scheduled inspection intervals. Operators onboarding during the early access period are dispatched directly through our operations team while the integration layer is finalised with our first fleet partners.
Acey Dispatches Vetted Providers
RobotaxiON matches the service request to a trained, rated, and insured service specialist in the vehicle's area. The provider travels to the vehicle — not the other way around. Fleet operators receive real-time status updates through the same integration channel.
Quality Verified and Reported
On completion, the provider submits a structured QA report with photo verification through the Acey app. The fleet system receives a completion signal, service data is logged against the vehicle record, and the vehicle is marked ready for the next operating cycle.
Single Consolidated Invoice
All services across all vehicles and all markets are consolidated into one periodic invoice. Usage data, service history, and cost breakdowns are reported each billing cycle. A live fleet dashboard giving operators real-time visibility is in active development. No fragmented billing from multiple vendors.
Investors & Strategic Partners
AVAcey is building the physical infrastructure layer for the autonomous mobility economy. As fleet counts scale from hundreds to millions globally, the demand for distributed, on-demand vehicle servicing scales with them. If you are evaluating positions in the AV infrastructure space, we are open to structured conversations with qualified counterparties.
Charging Network & Infrastructure Operators
If you operate EV charging infrastructure, secure parking, or logistics facilities with available capacity, RobotaxiON can route contracted fleet utilisation to your sites. Partner locations reduce wage waste while earning on charging, benefit from integration with RobotaxiON dispatch, and fleet-grade billing.
